If we feel the fault can be rectified within the scope of the annual boiler service then we no additional charge will be applied.  However, if the repair falls outside of the parameters of the annual boiler service a callout charge for the repair will be applied and any additional parts or labour will be quoted for before proceeding with the annual boiler service.
